Cancellation Policy & Refunds

We require 48 hours notice - if you cannot make it to the course/event you registered for, please contact Lilly via phone, email or text.

 

Emergency circumstances (I.e. death in family, illness, car problems)​

 

All deposits/payments are non-refundable. They are transferable to another course and/or event.​

 

If a class is cancelled due to instructor emergency, or Mother Nature (we are in Florida), due lack of participation - registrants will be notified via email/text/phone. The registrant will be given a choice of a class transfer or a refund.
